Order processing time depends on various factors, and estimated delivery time is provided as an approximation. Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped. Our shipping partners make multiple delivery attempts and provide options for rescheduling or pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Perishable items are generally not eligible for return, but if you receive damaged or defective products, please refer to the "Damaged or Defective Items" section.

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact customer support within 24 hours with order details and photographs. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or store credit.

 

Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method. In the case of damaged or defective items, a full refund including shipping charges may be provided. Refunds for non-damaged or non-defective returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may have restocking fees.
